If for any reason a product purchased from Willard & May does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or merchandise credit. Any returned products must be in a new and unused conditions, include all original pieces and parts, as well as be in its original packaging. We are unable to accept any returns which do not meet these requirements.
How do I go about returning an item?
All returns must be processed through our Returns Processing Center* within 30 days of the original purchase date. In order to begin the return process, please call us at 1.866.241.9114 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Central Time) for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or damaged goods.
*PLEASE NOTE: Since some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, it is extremely important that you contact us for return instructions prior to returning the product. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the processing of your return and may incur additional shipping and/or processing fees.
