Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. All customers must provide us with valid credit card information, including billing name and address, type of credit card, card numbers, expiration date, and CVC code. We do not accept checks or purchase orders at this time.

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?

A: By logging onto your account on, you will be able to see your account history and any orders you have placed, as well as the status of each order.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If you desire to cancel or change your order after it is placed, you must log into your account. When viewing your orders, you will see an option to change or cancel that order. If that option is unavailable, this means that the order has already begun to be processed and can no longer be changed.

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box? What about APO and FPO addresses?

A: Sorry, at this time we cannot ship to PO boxes, nor APO and FPO address.

Q: Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?

A: Sorry, at this time we can only ship to those residing in the 48 Continental United States.

Q: Do you have a physical retail store?

A: No, we do not have any retail store locations.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A: Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses. Simply add a new shipping address to your account and select the correct address during the checkout process.

Q: How is tax calculated?

A: Sales tax is only collected if you are located within the state of Wisconsin.

Q: How do you deliver furniture items?

A: Furniture is delivered by a residential trucking service specializing in home deliveries.  You will receive a call from the carrier to setup a delivery date and time frame.

Q: How will my order be packaged?

A: Most items are shipped in Double Wall Corrugated Boxes with packing peanuts and bubble wrap.
